Jeanette Cervantes is a seasoned Healthcare Administrator with over 10 years of experience in the fields of physical therapy and cardiac rehabilitation at the Loma Linda University International Heart Institute. She has extensive experience with all administrative tasks, including scheduling, account management, benefit verification, insurance contracting, and much more! Jeanette is able to interact directly with potential and existing patients in both English and Spanish and has high patient satisfaction ratings everywhere she has worked.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE

Jeanette enjoys spending time at the beach and attending her daughter’s volleyball tournaments. She enjoys the gift of life so much that she is currently on her second surrogacy journey. Jeanette is passionate about connecting with the community in and out of the office by participating in community events.
