Pediatric Physical Therapy Services (6+ years of age)

Our physical therapy program can benefit children with conditions including but not limited to:

  • Cerebral palsy — a disorder affecting a child’s muscle tone, movement or posture

  • Developmental delays

  • General orthopedic — injuries to the bones, joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles

  • Genetic syndromes — Down syndrome (which can cause developmental and intellectual delays) and muscular dystrophy (which can impact muscle mass and strength)

  • Gross motor skills — deficits including muscle strength, coordination and balance

  • Headaches

  • Hypertonia or hypotonia — abnormally high or weak muscle tone, respectively

  • Post-concussion symptoms — headaches, dizziness and ringing in the ears

  • Post-fracture care

  • Sports-related pain or

  • Poor posture

  • Sprains and strains

  • Weight Management and Obesity Control

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Citrus Valley believes that one of the biggest areas of failure in our current healthcare system is the urgent need for evidence-based, hands-on instruction, and community health education within the healthcare industry. Our Wellness program is designed to educate, guide and equip you step-by-step with the skills needed, to properly care for your body so you can live your best life. 

Our Wellness Program takes approximately 12 visits to complete and is divided into 4 main components:

  • Flexibility and Mobility 

  • Cardiovascular Health

  • Strength and Conditioning

  • Diet and Nutrition

We are confident that by the time you complete and graduate our Wellness Program, you will have complete understanding, and working knowledge of how to Implement, Maintain and Advance

  • Understanding of your fundamental nutritional needs and how to appropriately fuel your body to maintain your new lifestyle and achieve your goals.
