Physical Therapy in Redlands.
You have rested it. You have stretched it. It keeps deciding what you can and cannot do. Your first visit here is about an hour, one on one with a doctor of physical therapy, and in California you can book it without a referral.

Top rated physical therapists in Redlands. Here is what earned that.
Most clinics start you with a quick look and a printed sheet. Here, care starts with about an hour, one on one with a doctor of physical therapy, who examines you, takes your baseline measurements and builds the plan they will keep re-testing. Doctors of physical therapy on staff, 16 services under one roof, and one team in a single Redlands clinic. 5.0 stars across 242 Google reviews is what that adds up to.

Real outcomes.
Real people.
Every card here is a real Google review from a real Redlands patient, reproduced word for word, typos included. We did not tidy them up or pick the flattering ones. Read them and decide for yourself.
Treatments built around what's actually hurting.

Back Pain & Sciatica
We look for what the back has been compensating for, not just the spot that is sore.

Joint Pain
Hips, knees, shoulders. Restore the motion first, then load it so the joint holds the gain.

Sports Injuries
You go back when the tests say the leg is ready, not when the calendar says so.

Shoulder Pain
Rotator cuff, frozen shoulder, reaching overhead again without paying for it that night.
Four phases, in this order, every time.
Pain
Calm the symptom down enough that you can move and be assessed. Hands on treatment, gentle loading, and changes to what you do between visits so the flare stops running your week.
Prime
Restore the motion and the control the joint lost while it was guarding. This is the phase most people skip on their own, and it is usually why the pain came back the last time.
Perform
Load it and build capacity in the pattern you actually use, whether that is a ladder, a long shift on your feet, or a golf swing. Strength is what makes the relief hold.
Prevent
Keep it from coming back. You leave with your own program, the measurements to check yourself against, and a standing invitation to call before a twinge turns into a setback.

Our commitment to exceptional care.
You are not passed around. The doctor of physical therapy who evaluates you owns your plan of care, re-tests your measurements and knows your case without opening a chart to remember it. And with 16 services in one building, when the plan calls for manual therapy, cupping or a sit down with our registered dietitian, nobody sends you across town to start over.
A plan with your name on it, not a printout.
Your evaluation maps how you actually move, where you are compensating, and what has been feeding the pain. Then the program gets built around your life: the truck you climb into, the toddler you lift, the trail you have not run since spring. Sessions run 30 to 60 minutes, and what you do between them is written for you, not photocopied.

Not Sure Where to Start? Talk to a Specialist.
Talk with a doctor of physical therapy or our registered dietitian about what you are dealing with. No referral needed, and you leave knowing whether we can actually help.
Complete care for movement health.

Care that does not stop at discharge.
Alongside outpatient physical therapy we run two named programs. The Wellness Program is 12 one hour visits across flexibility, cardiovascular health, strength and nutrition, at $85 a visit or $800 for the full package. Citrus Fitness is the condensed three visit version at $250. Both start with a consultation with a doctor of physical therapy or our registered dietitian, and gym access afterward runs $75 a month.
Improvement by movement, in Redlands.
One clinic, one team, and a plan of care that gets measured instead of assumed. Here is what that looks like on paper.
Answers before you even ask.
In California you can start physical therapy without a physician referral for up to 45 days or 12 visits, whichever comes first. That means most people can book directly with us and begin right away. Some insurance plans still require a referral for coverage, so call or text us first and we will check your specific plan before your first visit.
We are contracted with most major plans in the area, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Health Net, Kaiser Permanente, Medicare, Optum, TriCare and TriWest. Coverage still varies by individual plan, so we verify your benefits and explain exactly what you will owe before you commit to a course of care. Nobody here gets a surprise bill.
Most plans of care run 2 to 3 visits a week for 4 to 6 weeks, and many patients notice a change in the first week or two. It depends on how long the problem has been there and what is driving it. Your therapist re-tests your measurements at every visit, so you will know whether you are progressing rather than guessing at it.
