Citrus Valley is excited to offer Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, now available under the expertise of Dr. Hayley Park, DPT.
Dr. Park earned her bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder before completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. During her time in school, she was honored with the Spirit Award Scholarship and earned a place in the National Physical Therapy Student Honor Society.
Dr. Park is certified in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Levels 1 and 2 by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). With over two years of experience treating a wide range of adult pelvic floor conditions, Dr. Park is passionate about expanding the Pelvic Floor department at Citrus Valley and continuing to support patients in their journey to better health.

What to Expect
For your first visit you can expect a thorough one-on-one pelvic floor physical therapy examination with Dr. Hayley Park, DPT. The one-hour initial assessment appointment will include:
- Listening to your needs and concerns
- Reviewing your past and current medical history
- Conducting a physical examination to assess baseline movement, strength, and skill levels
- Discussing and setting personalized therapy goals and expectations
- Creating a custom plan of care tailored to meet your needs and help you achieve your therapy goals
