Citrus Valley Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy Jobs in Redlands

You know the feeling of a stacked schedule. Two or three people on three tables, you moving between them, nobody getting your full attention including you. That is not how this clinic runs. Citrus Valley is one outpatient clinic in Redlands, treating one patient at a time, with a team that spans doctors of physical therapy, technicians, a registered dietitian and the people who keep the operation upright.

01Why Work Here

Three things that are verifiably true about working here.

One On One, Not Three At Once

Patients here are treated one on one rather than stacked across tables. Sessions run 30 to 60 minutes and the first visit is about an hour with a doctor of physical therapy. That decision shapes the job more than anything else on this page: you get to finish a thought, re-test what you just changed, and actually know why the plan moved this week.

A Real Path Off The Tech Floor

Several of the physical therapy technicians currently on staff are pre-DPT and headed into doctor of physical therapy programs, one of them to Loma Linda. Cristina Baltazar came up through three years as a technician and now serves as Wellness Coordinator. If you are working the floor while you finish prerequisites, the hours you put in here are not filler.

More Than One Discipline Under One Roof

The staff spans doctors of physical therapy, physical therapy technicians, a registered dietitian who co-authored the clinic's wellness program, and non-clinical leaders running operations, the office and the front desk. Outpatient rehab, nutrition counseling and the wellness programs all sit in the same building, so handing a patient across is a conversation and not a referral letter.

02How to Apply

One short form. That is the whole process.

There is no portal, no scored questionnaire, and no six week silence. Send your name, phone, email and resume below. The team hires across every side of the building: licensed physical therapists, physical therapy technicians and aides, front office, and the wellness and nutrition side. When we call, tell us what you want to be doing in three years, because that is the part we can actually plan around. If you would rather talk to a person, the clinic number is (909) 353-7053, Monday through Thursday 7am to 6pm and Friday 7am to 4pm. Curious what the team already looks like before you apply. Read the staff bios first.
