Citrus Valley Physical Therapy and Wellness Center is a patient-centered, outpatient physical therapy clinic in Redlands, California, that serves the entire Inland Empire. We are a clinic focused on providing exceptional physical therapy services throughout the entire lifespan from pediatrics to geriatrics and everything in between. We take pride in understanding our patients’ needs, using our skills and expertise to address their movement and pain impairments, as well as providing wellness services beyond typical rehabilitation to ensure that our patients are attaining the best versions of themselves.

What to Expect
For your first visit, you can expect a thorough 1-on-1 physical therapy examination from one of our Drs. of Physical Therapy. In this visit that takes approximately 1 hour they will:
Hear all of your needs and concerns
Review your past and present medical history
Complete a physical examination to gather baseline movement strength and skill levels
Discuss and formulate patient goals and expectations with therapy
Design a custom plan of care to meet patients’ needs and achieve therapy goals
Following physical therapy evaluation, the patient will attend Physical Therapy treatment visits at the prescribed frequency outlined in the plan of care. These visits usually consist of 1 hour and will include:
Expert guidance in exercises and activities prescribed in your plan of care
Direct consultation with a licensed clinician to review the plan of care and make changes and updates as necessary
Manual Treatment from a licensed clinician to address pain and mobility deficits as outlined in your plan of care
Modalities to address any pain, inflammation, or discomfort throughout treatment (as needed)
