Ray Ruiz

Doctor of Physical Therapy,
Clinic Director

Dr. Raymond Ruiz, or just Ray as most people call him, is a physical therapist and the clinic director at Citrus Valley Physical Therapy and Wellness Center. Dr. Ray is a Southern California native, spending most of his time in Ontario, Chino, Riverside, and now Perris (oui oui). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology from the University of La Verne in 2016. He then went on to work as a physical therapy tech in Chino for a few years before heading back to physical therapy school in 2019. Dr. Ray then earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University in 2021 and has been practicing in the outpatient orthopedic setting ever since. Despite a strong passion for outpatient orthopedics, he truly enjoys working with pediatric patients. But regardless of age, Dr. Ray is happy to help any patient that walks through our doors.

When Dr. Ray isn’t helping our patients get back to the lives that they love, he enjoys spending his free time with his loving family and beautiful fiance Genesis. He loves photography, video games, listening to music, anime, and exercising. Dr. Ray likes to form personal connections with all of his patients and would love to talk music, video games, and anime with any patient that would indulge. Feel free to make recommendations or ask about his current favorites. He looks forward to working with you and helping you accomplish your goals!
