Citrus Valley believes that one of the biggest areas of failure in our current healthcare system is the urgent need for evidence-based, hands-on instruction, and community health education within the healthcare industry. Our Wellness program is designed to educate, guide and equip you step-by-step with the skills needed, to properly care for your body so you can live your best life.

Our Wellness Program takes approximately 12 visits to complete and is divided into 4 main components:

  • Flexibility and Mobility
  • Cardiovascular Health
  • Strength and Conditioning
  • Diet and Nutrition

We are confident that by the time you complete and graduate our Wellness Program, you will have complete understanding, and working knowledge of how to Implement, Maintain and Advance

  • Flexibility Routine
  • Cardiovascular Health Program
  • Whole Body Strength Training and Resistance Protocol
  • Understanding of your fundamental nutritional needs and how to appropriately fuel your body to maintain your new lifestyle and achieve your goals.

Each of these program categories are individually designed and crafted by a licensed professional taking into account the participant’s

  • Personal goals to guarantee lasting results
