As part of Citrus Valley’s mission to promote the health and wellness of our community, we offer access to our gym facility during business hours. This exclusive privilege is currently available only to patients and graduates of our Wellness and Citrus Fitness Programs.
Access
$75/month
Access includes the ability to use the facility during regular business hours, allowing you to utilize the equipment and amenities provided by the clinic.
Amenities include:
> Workout towel
> Use of gym floor equipment
> Access to scales, including the In-Body scale (upon request)
Access Plus
$100/month
Access Plus includes all the benefits of the Access plan, with the added value of personalized, written workouts created by our professionals. These workouts include:
> Flexibility routine
> Cardiovascular program
> Strength and resistance training
> Guided daily workouts to ensure that you stay on track with your fitness goals
Our team will guide you through your daily workouts to ensure you stay on track.
